Our founders have been involved in the Real Estate & property sector for over 20 years, from all sides of the deal. From buying investment properties for over 20 years, to listing and selling real estate as selling agents, to completing many entire house renovations, right through to multi-million dollar developments, and upon refelecting on the journey and looking at what they could have done better, our search for answers uncovered a plague of misinformation, contradicting ideas and philosophies and a plethora of smoke and mirror tactics used by many property spruikers. Our goal is to clear the fog with advice and help that is to the point and is the advice we would take ourselves.
Our investing philosophies are built on what we have done for ourselves from our own investing experiences with over two decades of investing, renovating and real estate experience.
We also wanted to make the investing experience enjoyable and stress free that would allow us to build long term relationships with our clients so we could work with them from the very beginning, right up until they reach their property investment goals.

Starting in the Real Estate industry at 18 years old and also purchasing his first investment property at 18 years old in western Sydney for $270,000 and since then worked his way up to multi-million dollar property developments while holding other assets along the way. Andy has not only grown up in a property investing family that had a very simple investing philosophy of buying the worst house in the best street, but Andy has also had 2 decades in the real estate industry and run his own renovation business that has completed hundreds of property transformations over the years.

Arriving to the country as an immigrant family 20 years ago, Suliman developed a keen interest for property investing very early as he noticed the property market getting away very quickly. He understood the opportunity and grabbed it and ran with it. His investing philosophy was simple, buy well and add value. Even though his family was starting from a less than priveleged starting point, in less than 2 decades he has been able to retire his parents through strategic property investing, adding value to properties through strategic property renovations. Today Suliman and his tight knit family own over 12 properties that have grown in value quite rapidly. His hunger for buying a good deal is insatiable. His story is remarkable and highlights that anything is possible no matter where you start if you're willing to put in the hard work. It's this same work ethic that Suliman now puts in for his clients so they too can benefit from the decades of experience he has amassed both in property investing and working in the renovation industry.
